You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Wasiat4D operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling regulations. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — the minimum deposit for most eWallet and bank transfer methods is RM 10. Wasiat4D reserves the right to reject any deposit where it suspects the funds are sourced from unlawful activity or from a payment method that is not owned by the registered User.

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case cryptocurrency values are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. Wasiat4D is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations in cryptocurrency transactions.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Wasiat4D are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the individual bonus offer page. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means you must place a total of MYR 3,500 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. The maximum permitted bet during active bonus play is MYR 50 per round unless otherwise specified. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Each welcome bonus and promotional offer is available to eligible new or existing registered players as specified in the offer terms. Wasiat4D reserves the right to refuse, amend, or withdraw any bonus at its discretion where it determines that the bonus is being misused, or where the User has violated these Terms or any applicable bonus terms.
Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claim date depending on the promotion) will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonus balances will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wasiat4D Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
Wasiat4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) the Account is associated with unusual betting patterns or financial irregularities; or (d) regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate such action.
Upon Account termination for cause, Wasiat4D reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, the Platform may forfeit all funds held in the Account. Where no violation is found, verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and related winnings) will be returned to the User via the original payment method.
Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Wasiat4D's customer support team. All outstanding real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method following completion of KYC verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms.
